All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
We currently ship to Slovenia, Austria and Germany.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Slovenia: 2–5 business days
Austria: 3–7 business days
Germany: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, production capacity, public holidays or seasonal demand.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, if available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
