If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be returned within 14 days of delivery,
- be unworn and unused,
- not be washed,
- be free from stains, odors or damage,
- include original tags (if applicable),
- be returned in suitable packaging.
You may inspect the item only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and size, similar to what would be possible in a physical store.
If the value of the item has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

4. Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If you selected a shipping method more expensive than our standard delivery option, only the cost of the standard delivery will be refunded.
6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item is:
- damaged,
- defective,
- incorrectly printed,
- or you received the wrong product,
please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- clear photographs of the product.
Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive another size or product, please return the original item (where applicable) and place a new order.
8. Personalized products
Products that have been individually personalized according to the customer's specifications (for example, custom names, custom text or custom artwork) cannot be returned or cancelled unless they are defective or incorrectly produced.
Standard products available in our online store are subject to the applicable statutory withdrawal rights.
